Getting fresh with the Prince-cess, chapter five

When last we met dear reader, scam artist and potential replacement wife Ziva Abiya had gone to a great deal of trouble which I appreciate to fake a load of legal documentation.  On the other hand, my claims to be involved with a competing scammer have gone quite unnoticed.  Time to turn it up to 11…

Good day to you David, I am Eval Hood, a businessman of some report who will be travelling to your country on 23rd November to conclude some business with the Reverend Father Zaheya E. Attar.

While visiting I would like to arrange an appointment in person with you to engage your services to claim power of attorney and an affidavit of oath to grant me the power and authority to make bank transfers on behalf of my wife to be Ziva Abiya.  While in your offices it might be a good idea to draw up a pair of last wills and testaments on our behalf as a married couple, just in case anything tragic happens to either one of us on our return journey to the airport.

I trust that a cash payment of US$ will be appropriate to retain your services on arrival,

Sincerely
Eval Hood

And since Ziva appears to have missed me alluding to travel plans I’ll drop another hint in my reply to confirm that I’d contacted the lawyer and mention my other scammer again…

I have been in communication with one of your colleagues, Reverend Father Emmanuel Henry who is a good man and watches over my beloved thrice daily and allows her use of the computer in his private chambers to communicate with me and informed him of my scheduled visit to your country on Friday 23rd November and hope that you will both be able to receive me on arrival.

Attention Sir.

It is with deep sense of appreciation that i send you this mail, on behalf of our distinguished banking institution; I have been directed by the director of Foreign Operation / Wire Transfer to write you in respect to your request. Actually, we have earlier been told about you by the young lady Miss Ziva Abiya that she wishes you to be her trustee / representative for the claim of her late father ‘s deposit with our bank.

Late Dr. Omar Abiya was our late customers with this account No: 22112998884 subs total amount US $ 6.300,000.00, deposited with us. Hence you have been really appointed as a trustee to represent the next of Kin.

However before our bank will transact any business concerning the transfer of the fund with you; we will like you to send the followings:

(1.) A POWER OF ATTORNEY  obtained in your name from an international lawyer in Senegal in which Miss Ziva Abiya gives you the authority to represent her being the next of kin of the late Dr. Omar Abiya and the beneficiary of the deposited funds.

(2.) A DEATH CERTIFICATE that proves that Dr. Omar Abiya is actually dead as we were made to understand.

(3.) Affidavits of support from federal High Court of Senegal, that will sign and seal by Senegalese resident lawyer.

(4) A copy of Dr Omar Abiya Will certificate

It is only when we receive those documents and information’s mentioned above that we can proceed to transfer the funds to your account. On receiving the documents specified, it will take 72 hours to affect the transfer of the funds to your account.

Yours truly,

Mr Adama Gueye Patrick

Heh. “Dear costumer”. Maybe they’ve been reading the other entries in this blog?  Notice the quotation marks round the friendly name in the from field.  Like they don’t even believe in their own fake bank.

Good day to you Minister Emmanue,

I was most egregious to receive your reply as I had believed that there was some sort of problem at the DAKAR Zion Kingdom church of Christ camp as I have had no communication for several days from one of your colleagues, Reverend Father Zaheya E. Attar, whom I have been in contact with until recently.

I pray that Reverend Attar remains in good health under God, amen, as I had arranged to fly to DAKAR later this week to meet up with him at long last.  As you will know I have been regularly sending the good father donations of $1000 to your ministry for some months now via Western Union, and he has arranged for a special reception for me to hand over the final sum of $150,000 cash in person and meet a selection of his parishioners in person.  Although my stay in the country will be brief I would hope to be able to meet up with both you and to surprise Ziva with my visit and settle the business she and I have face to face in person at that time.

Truthfully in front of God, amen, I would be relieved to meet a familiar face on arrival as I admit some unease at carrying such a large sum of money on my person, not just the church’s donation, but obviously expenses for my journey so please let me know if this would be suitable.

In fact, I confess an ulterior motive to my visit, requiring the graces of a man of the cloth such as yourself Reverend, as I intend to surprise Ms. Abiya, by asking for her to be my bride.

Although marriage may seem a sudden step, I have related to you how she brings a smile to my winky due to her resemblance to my poor deceased wife Tintin and by making her my bride she would jointly hold my own passport enabling her to leave the country in my company forthwith and henceforth, and lest anything unfortunate happen to her ensure that I am next of kin with immediate effect, if you get my meaning..?

But please Father, in the name of our Lord, God, amen, do not reveal my intentions to Ziva until I can stand before her in person this weekend and please make sure your fellow minister and my friend Father Zaheya is well enough to meet me at the airport with the members of his Under-23’s Soccer team.

Your face be to the Lord on his magic cloud above,
Eval Hood

Not that I’m giving any indication of this to Ziva at this point, beyond a hint that I’ll be overseas on a matter of the heart come the end of the week, but since she broke out the rose gifs again it’s only fair I reciprocate…

Ziva,winkywinky

Once more your letter warms my winky, something I confess I thought would never happen again after the unfortunate passing of my first wife, Tintin.

I am egregious that you are safe in the ministration of the Rev Father as I had feared the worst having lost contact with his friend and colleague Reverend Father Zaheya E. Attar in recent days. Perhaps the power outage you mention has caused the generator for the lights to fail and, being the man of holy God, amen, I know him to be from our correspondence he would doubtless be busy cranking off himself as hard as possible to relieve himself and the situation.

As to our business, I have received a response from the bank, but Marmite, they refuse to progress this transaction and ask me for details of which I am unaware, to wit:

“we will like you to send the followings:
(1.) A POWER OF ATTORNEY obtained in your name from an international lawyer in Senegal in which Miss Ziva Abiya gives you the authority to represent her being the next of kin of the late Dr. Omar Abiya and the beneficiary of the deposited funds.

(3.) Affidavits of support from federal High Court of Senegal, that will sign and seal by Senegalese resident lawyer.
(4) A copy of Dr Omar Abiya Will certificate”

I am at a loss to send these materials, unless you can provide them by return and if so I urge promptness Ziva for I am to be out of the country from Friday on a matter of the heart which I cannot discuss via e-mail…

Eval,winkywinky

My dusky beauty,

It warms my heart to have such a folroloqacious response to my e-mail from you and I have executed your request to the bank this very morning.

My excitement is tinged with caution however, as I have previously mentioned I attempted to contact the Reverend Father via the e-mail address you gave me, however he has chosen not to reply.  This is of concern to me as I increasingly feel that he wishes you ill in order to best obtain your late father’s monies to continue his ministries towards the refugees of his camp.  Once I urge you to give highest regard to your safety and in light of recent allegations regarding the hairy cornflake himself, Dave Lee Travis, do not allow yourself to be in a position alone with Father Henry during your thrice daily visits to his office as it is clear that the insidious web of James Savile is spread wider than could ever have been anticipated.

Your safety all things is utmost to me and if my suspicions regarding the ominous silence of the Reverend Father and refusal to assure me of his intent towards you are indeed borne out I would gladly make any donation to his charities in the name of my late wife to ensure that he not try to, in the parlance of such vile men, Fix It For You as you remind me so much of her and wish your womanhood to remain unsullied until such time as we can be together my dearest…

Actually looking at the subject line and the way Ziva’s name is in proper case and I do think two different scammers have collaborated here, one pasting in the detail to the pre-written reply. Ziva must be younger than Hood assumed because now she’s in an orphanage, but the good Reverend is still happy to have her leave the country with this complete stranger for the bargain fee of $270. Getting fresh with the Prince-cess, chapter two

Last time scammer Ziva Abiya, sent Eval Hood details of the “confidential discussions” which, surprise, surprise, involved a proposal of a complex financial transaction to their mutual benefit, a picture of ‘herself’ and a massive floral GIF, so ever the gentleman Eval ups his game with some animation, several romantic references to notorious sex offenders and borderline racism…

My Nubian Princess,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I had been out-of-town on business since yesterday morning and hadn’t received your email until now. I find your picture delightful and have sent my own in return, which coincidentally also features a piece of home furniture.

If you wish me to keep this transaction confidential, that won’t be a problem as I am always looking for further opportunities for investment.

I attempted to call Reverend Father Emmanuel Henry this very morning, however the line was connected and immediately hung up when I spoke as though the receiver was slammed down. I will make a further attempt to call this afternoon to reassure you…

This incident makes me think though, can Reverend Father Emmanuel Henry be trusted in this regards? While he has been of use to you thus far he is unknown to me and I am suspicious that he would want to obtain the US$6.300, 000.00 to allow him to perform more of Gods work in Dakar and may be preventing us from communicating.

To that end I will e-mail him at the address you provided forthwith to ask him to provide me with proof of his identity to demonstrate his charitable intentions towards you, because I have heard many tales of these church camps and fear for your safety in the hostel as such places have allowed abuses of young women by men such as Paul Gadd before. As a successful businessman, I make it a point of knowing who I am dealing with at all times. I trust this will not be a problem to the Reverend Father to supply his details to reassure me he is not an alias for the notorious James Savile.

Mwah-a-ha,
Eval Hood

We need to avow her of any sort of phone communication without scaring the scammer off, but while I can suggest I think that her partner the Reverend Father Emmanuel Henry may be up to no good, I can’t be seen to ignore her requests to make contact entirely. Maybe Ziva is attempting to switch me over to a fellow scammer to conclude the deal, I wonder if we’ll get a reply from the good Reverend or they’ll spot my further intentions toward her..?

Miss Omar has related to me some of her tragic history and detailed you kind menstruations towards her, so please understand that the request I am about to make is purely out of regard for her welfare as her friend, business partner and guardian, as she reminds me of my late wife Tintin, God rest her bosoms.

In the interests of furthering Miss Omar’s and my own private business and by way of ensuring her continued well-being until such times as our transaction has concluded, please could you supply me with proof of your identity? As you are doubtless aware there are many so-called internet scams sent via e-mail and I seek your reassurance as a man of the cloth that these dealings are indeed above-board and that Miss Omar can continue to be entrusted to your care until such time as I am able to release her from the bondage imposed on her by the rebels who killed her father and allow her to continue her studies and indeed me to study her in return Lord Willing, in my own country.

Sincerely,
Eval Hood

Coincidentally or not, Ziva is keen to step this con up a gear and repeats her request that I make contact by phone…

sincere in your heart to assist me transfer the money into any account which you know will be safe either new or old empty or not, Though I do not have experience in international transaction so there is nothing I can do without your help, I wouldn’t have bordered you if I have full access to the money within myself, because I am helpless without you, having no account and no body abroad as a friend or relation.

I need a someone who will always tell me the truth from his heart, I need a someone who will be my brother my best friends, I will want you to think very well and understand in your heart if you really want to help me ? If yes I will live the rest of my live to appreciate it, But if no I suggest you make it open to me before you will brake my heart, Because I don’t want to under go torture any more. Another picture, but its stolen from the same source clearly which is something at least. Or maybe women’s hostels are more well-appointed than I think.
No reply from Emmanuelle Henry yet, but either by over sight or design the letter she’s asked me to send doesn’t require me to make up any fake bank details for Hood, so what happens if I send what she’s asked for to the Banks AOL address.

Wait… “Banks AOL address”? That seems unlikely. Is this some sort of con..?

Getting fresh with the Prince-cess, chapter one

Shortly after writing up my experiences with Prince Azzez Lawal last year a further two 419 e-mails dropped into my inbox.  Initially I tried to run both chains simultaneously, however in short order the first of the Scammers stopped communicating.  The second correspondent however panned out beyond my best expectations and while initially adopting the Eval Hood persona as we’ll see I’d come to be communicating with the single scammer Ziva Abiya, her partner Reverend Father Emmanuel Henry and banker Mr Adama Gueye Patrick as Hood, a second scammer posing as a minister in the same camp she purported to be in (Reverend Father Attar), his partner posing as a lawyer (Dr.Ousmane David) and the scammers own fake sister (Pinta Abiya). Along the way we find out more about the shadowy Mr. Hood and the slightly suspicious circumstances regarding the death of his first wife. And should probably be concerned for the proposed second Mrs Hood…

Sweetest Ziva:winkywinky

I was egregious to receive your recent correspondence regarding your requirements for a Good Friend or partner. While I hesitate to use the qualifier you have chosen, I would most certainly offer my hand as your Eval Friend if needed and relish the chance to once again use my power to influence mens minds on your behalf should our confidential discussions require it.

I await your response my Mwah-a-ha,
Hood winkywinky

Next day Ziva replies with details of her “confidential discussions” which, surprise, surprise, involve a complex financial transaction to our mutual benefit and a picture of ‘herself’, some flowers and a whole bunch of unnecessary punctuation in the subject line…

Hello Dearest one,

Thanks for your reply,I will really like to have a good relationship and business partner with you, and i have a special reason why i decided to contact you. I decided to contact you because of the urgency of my situation here,I am miss Ziva Abiya Omar, 25 years old girl from Sudan, the only daughter of Late Dr.Omar Abiya, my father was a diamond merchant who was killed by the rebel attack in my country Sudan.

I am constrained to contact you because of the maltreatment I am receiving from my step mother. She planned to take away all my late father’s treasury and properties from me since the unexpected death of my beloved Father.Meanwhile I wanted to escape to Europe but she hide away my international passport and other valuable traveling documents. Luckily she did not discover where I kept my fathers File which contains important documents.

So I decided to run to the refugee camp where I am presently seeking asylum in the (Zion Kingdom church of Christ)here in Dakar church camp, Republic of Senegal. I wish to contact you personally for a long term business relationship and investment assistance in your Country. My father of blessed memory deposited the sum of US$6.300, 000.00 in a Bank with my name as the next of kin. However, I shall forward you with the necessary documents on confirmation of your acceptance to assist me for the transfer and investment of the fund. As you will help me in an investment, i will like to complete my studies, as i was in my 1st year in the university, when the crisis started.

It is my intention to compensate you with 20% of the total money for your services and the balance shall be my investment capital. This is the reason why I decided to contact you. Please all communications should be through this email address only for confidential purposes. As soon as I receive your positive response showing your interest I will put things into action immediately. In the light of the above, I shall appreciate an urgent message indicating your ability and willingness to handle this transaction sincerely,

I will be pleased if you can do this for me. You can reach me through this number ( +221-778-594-166 )E-mail[Rev.emmanuelhenry@hotmail.com] It is a Reverend Fathers phone number, by name Reverend Father Emmanuel Henry , When you call, tell him that you want to speak with Miss Ziva, i am staying in the female hostel.
